I am finally back and rested from another great trip. The K-1 show offered up a few suprises and Toddy's card was enjoyable. I have some pictures to scan in. K-1 is getting more and more difficult to get pictures. They limit who can have cameras and where they can be used. Flame is the master of getting the shots though and he has tons!

It was good to see some old friends and to make some new ones. Had a great time out on the town. And just when things start to get good its back on the plane for me. :(

I will post some pics and stories soon here on Ax. I also have some inside scoop on Mike Tyson, K-1 Max USA, etc.

Thanks for that photo Eric, it was nice to meet you! Gene, Yep, you didn't know I was married? Happily for almost two years. It was a good trip and had lots of fun in LV. K1 was awesome so many famous fighters was amazing.

Ha ha ha, I had a great time but going back to OZ soon. Kate was such a cool chick she came back so strong from her fight with Brenda. Brenda was non stop and Kate just recovered last round and was so awesome. All props to Mum Shelly, her body looked very good for just having a baby, don't know how many months she was but baby girl looked little.

I have been so busy since I returned. One thing that I continue to find is that everyone knows what Ax is all about! People are looking. I also find that next to no one checks the news page. I think that is a reflection of how fast the results and photos pop up on the message board. So instead of recounting what has already been posted here are some tidbits from behind the scenes:

There are rumors floating around about Rick Roufus fighting Mike Tyson. If that happens it will not be on a K-1 card. K-1 is hoping to promote Mike Tyson in July and the opponent will be Jerome LeBanner.

There will a K-1 MAX in Vegas in October. The first one since the one Sven promoted in Denver. I spoke to Tony Valente and he said so far they have Him, Danny Steele, Melchor Menor, Duane, Razor all lined up. So who else is there?

I would say they have to have Malaipet in there. I would like to see Jeremy Harminson in there as well. With a good line up this could be the best K-1 card the USA has ever seen.

I dont think either Mel nor Danny will be really dangerous with a 159 LBS. cutoff.

Is Duane fighting super league or is he fighting BJ Penn??? As of right now Malaipet has not been asked to fight in the K-1 Max....but hopefully we will be getting that call soon!!!!
