Tiny :

Gordon Smith and a guy called Dip are fighting
both from Caledonian. Jordan was meant to be
fighting but this is now off. He was supposed
to fight Jaryl Ritchie, who Jake has fought
before once or twice.

Brian
Why is Jordans fight of with Jaryl? He is one tough wee fighter.
I haven't heard of him fighting recently .Wee Kieron Mcaskill is fighting for
Northern Area Title and another guy (Rab Weir fae Irvine) don't know if it's a title.

Tiny :

Jordan has only been fighting for seven weeks
and he hasn't had a break for ages. He is still
only 10 and has been fighting every week, it is
a bit much to ask him to fight again. He needs a
break for now. How many times has Jake fought him
and how did he get on???

Brian,
Jaryl got decision over Jake at Cleland last year for S.T.B.A title wasa great fight to watch, even though we didnae get the decision but sometimes losing
does as much good to a kid as winning as long as they learn from it.Still think it would be a close fought rematch.I totally agree about giving Jordan a wee breather, he's been constant now for a couple of months.Good decision.

Thanks Tiny, it was a good show, with Jackie Short
being excellent. Kieran McCaskill got a point taken
off him in the first round for a kick to the face.
This was a good fight and very very close. It could
have went either way but in my opinion Kieran
tired badly in the third round and with this being
a five rounder he really struggled for the rest of
the fight fitness wise. But it was a great fight and I
congratulate both fighter's on one of the fights of the
night. Michael won the fight by one point so if it there
not been one point taken off of Kieran in the 1st then
it would have been a draw.
