for those who dont know gadhiziez abdwlamiak(sp) from russia he trains out of the same gym as Ramazanov brother from russian
& been told he is related two the russian brother

soren was ment to be fighting "the shark" a thai fighter that he beat with a 3 knocked down rule in the 4th round
after been sent back to the dressing room to change his short's after they had been riped in the 2nd or 3rd round
the guy soren is now fighting masanari magi (japan) has just beating kowia & a few other know thai
i have been told that there is talk's been done to get soren fighting the shark later this year
well dine to nugget & josh this look's like anther great card that i cant wait to see
ticket sale's are going well but been told to get down there early so you dont miss out on a ticket
the weigh-in is at nugget's gym at 6pm all are welcome to come down & meet the fighters & get some signed if they like

hey that looks like a friend of mine fighting soren-he used to train at city lee gar with chopper.he only a new pro? and the guy fighting breet butcher looks like mohamed megdomov-arslands brother who lost to carnage and jwp?

yes rexy your right the guy who brett is fighting is a cusion to the guy JWP beat in the k1 also related to the guy chopper beat on ray last show
i think he has trained with the two russian brother's in thai land aswell
As for the guy soren is fight been told he beat a guy named kowia not so long ago
there is talk of soren fight the "shark" still later this year in a rematch, the shark couldnt fight after getting his nose broke in a fight a few weeks ago

*Bruce lost via dec.

I thought he had it but mind you I'm from his camp. He was cut in R1 from something I missed directly abobe nose. The blood seeemd to keep him a little tentative for R1 & R2 which I still saw as pretty even rounds. R3 - 5 he had picked it up and fought well.

Would be very interested in the judges cards, was a close match none the less.

Pixie KO'd F16 early R1 with a knee to the midsection folding Shannon.

Shaunw it was a "bloody" good night u should of made the couple hr drive trip to see it but then again i didn't get home till 1:30 myself so i prob could imagine that scotty would have had a longer night and will be sleeping in this morning lol. All i can say is who were you backing for the Mongkorn v. Preacher fight. do u really want to know? I do wish the Pixie Vs F16 fight went the distance it was shaping up to be such a great fight.

bruce got cut by a elbow in the first round with preacher landing a few on the thia later in the round not enough to cut the thia

pixie vs shannon F-16 pixie won with a knee to the rib was line up to be a great fight with F16 jumping of the ground tryeb to land some early bombs on pixe was looking to be a great fight up to the knee

dane NTG vs podsawhat nathaphon dane won this fight with a huge knee to the head in the 3rd dane was more then happy with this win

shaggy vs andrew keogh shaggy won his 11 fight in a row shaggy said he would fight andrew again maybe with elbow this time

I think it was an absolute disgrace that Butcher one his fight, a complete rig if I've ever seen one!!!! And I'll let all the people on this board know it wasn't just a couple of people who agree with me, it was more like only the people from Butchers camp agreed with the decision. 80% of the crowd gave the Russian a standing ovation as he left the ring, and the booing did not stop until the next firght started, it was that OBVIOUS!
The rest of the fights were awesome however.
A shame to see the Preacher lose, but to me it was seeming like a win in the Thais favour from the time Bruce got cut about 1 minute into the first round. Bruce is just so good with his elbows, but he was obviously keeping a good distance from the Thai for fear of getting caught with another one, so he didn't get a chance to land many himself. I would have given the 3rd and 5th rounds to the Bruce, but Mongkorn the rest. Bruce just couldn't seem to hurt him, and although Mongkorn wasn't massively active, his evasive and defense skills were very good, so I think Bruce was maybe finding it a little hard landing stuff, especially with his tentative behaviour. I think it would have been an incredible war had he not got the cut so early on.
Good work to both of them and good luck Bruce if you give it another go against Mongkorn.

Do you guys supply the shorts for all the fighters?

All the shorts for the main fights are provided by the promotors in every Evolution show and the fighters keep them

you can see in some of the photo there is movent i didnt have the shuter speed up that fast 1/160 i think
As for butcher from what im told that will be his last fight in oz (maybe)he got the one more fight them mite becalling it a day

Geese i hope the butcher aint stopping now cause the crowd booed him, there is an interesting debate about this on sportzblitz at the moment. I would love to see him fight again, even though i was hoping for an upset, he just emits off this aura to the crowd when he fights that creates an AWESOME atmosphere.

I don't think that the Butcher was the one being booed, rather the judges. He was just doing his thing, it was the judges that called it in his favour.
It would be silly for him to quit for the reason of being booed, I just don't think it was really aimed at him.
If he quits for the age thing, fair enough. The Russian was heaps younger, faster, fitter and completely unfazed by Brett, he even had time to smile and poke his tongue after a flurry by Brett.
