Saturday 25th March 2006, Warrington Kickboxing hosted an Amateur Championships to help raise monies towards Warrington Childrens Ward.

The event was a great success, and as some of the Players on the day are fellow AXers I thought I would share a few photos.

I hope that you like them, the results will follow.

This first photo was taken during the "Best Contest" on the undercard. An absolute ding-dong that had the whole of the audience on its feet.

The bout was between Alex Humpheries ( Bolton ) and Wayne Evans ( Dover ).

Sorry its not uploaded as readable as it was when I typed it up, but you can work it out anyway.

3 contests were International bouts.

There were 42 contests in total, with 3 of those being catchweight contests in order to make the matches

No one got hurt, due to the A.K.A. use of the Outclass rules ( opponent leads by 20 points ).

A damn hard day, organisation-wise, but in all a very successful event that made some good monies for the Childrens Ward.

Congratulations on all your hard work Neal - it paid off in the end !!

We all had a great day, and looking forward to the next one !!
