looks like an awesome card with this line uo. I think Turner vs Roufus will be awesome and very interested to see how my buddy Dan Rawlings does with Armondo. For those of you who have not seen Michael Maniquil fight he is definitily one of the new talents in the US. Would love to see him get matched with Trevor Smandich or Fernando Calleros

There has been a fighter change in the line up. Stefan ButinBik has injured his leg. His replacement will be Haender "Cubito" Rodriguez out of Miami, FL. We thank Mr. Rofriguez for taking this fight on short notice.

I know - what's up with the matchmaking? Suchart 300 fights Mananquil 12. Why don't you fight him Animal?

None of you know what you are talking about.
Ajahn Suchart just celebrated his 45th birthday not 53rd
and he has had like 90 something fights not 300.
and other than 1 or 2 last minute fights he has not fought in almost 10 years.

Funny hoe George Foreman can come back in boxing and regain the Heavyweight title at 45 but when an ex thai champ comes back he is being taken down by his "fellow" thaiboxers. It shows ignorence and disloyalty to our sport.

Ajarn Suchart is a great man. He is the kindest person and is a great representation of Muay Thai. He has done more for this sport; this martial art, than many. He is an Ajarn; a master among instructors, the ones who TEACH and SHARE their knowledge and wisdom of this beautiful art while allowing us to do we love to do, Muay Thai. I was honored to have the opportunity compete with Ajarn Suchart.

This fight meant quite a lot to me. It showed me that Muay Thai is more than just a sport. It is a culture, an understanding among men and women alike. There is so much to Muay Thai than meets the eye, and I've still so much to learn.

Thank you:
~Shin Do Kumate & Master Mehrdad for having me.
~Kru Sam and all of World Team USA

White RAbbit - im not saying suchart is a bad fighter he is a really good friend but why would u mathc him up with a mike manaquil thats on a hot streak and suchart has not fought in 10 years - care to explain ?????? if this was a dangerous fight for mike why would he be fighting danny steel in a rematch in 3 weeks.

I have all the respect for Suchart and Mike but IMO this was a bad match up.

I think Suchart fought StephenB not that long ago.

I will let MzM explain the matchup reasons but my point was not that it was dangerous for Mananquil. My point was to bring out all the "not so explanable" factors and not just one. I heard the matchup was a last minute decision so Mananquil could stay on the card because they couldn't find anyone. Suchart, again, seemed to have taken on a fight at the last minute like he did with StephenB. All my respect to him for that and much much more. Suchart is a master and obviously understands the dynamics of these fights, the fighters he goes up against and the odds he faces. Most trainers do this risk analysis. He apparently did not think it was a bad match up to have accepted the fight. You shouldn't estimate his risk analysis as a master.

Thank you so much Mr. Cummings. It's was a pleasure to finally meet you in person.

As for the match up, everything is okay. :) It was the fight presented and I accepted the proposal. I don't regret the fight in the slightest and would gladly fight for this promotion again if given the opportunity.

It was great to see top level fighters like Danny Rawlings, Armando Ramos, Rami Ibrahim, Raul Llopis, Suchart, Tofan, Michael Brown and of course Michael Mananquil. The boxing commission was very impressed with the sportsman ship an respect they all showed for eachother. One of the officials told me they wish boxing was like that.

This was one of the best cards I've seen here in the US but maybe I'm biased towards all the light weights.

It was a pleasure to see Michael Mananquil fight again, I saw him fight Danny Steele in California and he is a force to be reckoned with.

It also was a pleasure meeting Michael's dad. Now I know where Michael gets his class!
