Help Needed - Training with bodyweight

Can anyone help. I do MT a couple of times a week as a hobby and to keep fit. I'm looking for exercises using my own bodyweight, ie that I can do in the house to help the following:

Gain strength and power
Body conditioning (for mt)
Also to try and tone up my body

I found this on the net, are these sort of exercises good for the toning up? Also whats an inverse push up?
