Every year we put on a 'Rising Stars' promotion to showcase some of our up-and-coming fighters.
There will be a dozen or more B and C class fights and maybe a couple A class headliners. I'll get the line up confirmed and post that during the week, but here's the details for the show and venue:

Micheal Dicks with trainer Paul Hamilton will be doing a seminar the day before the Greenock show. This will take place at Meadowbank Stadium and everybody is welcome. We know there is a lot of interest for this, as Micheal is a young fighter at the top of his game ( the best pound for pound fighter IMHO)along with one of Britian's most experienced fighters/trainers Paul Hamilton.

I watched our last fights 2nite and the quality is great! i'll see the rest of you guys at the fighters class 2morow, and get a copy made for each fighter. It was shot from both angles so you can chose your best side lol and we can edit it.

Good show with some good fights, shame about the usual drunk dickheads that try their best to ruin things.

arseholes tht cant handle their swally and after watchin a few fights think they cn take on th world.

but apart from th1 incident at th end. i thought th show was trouble free. as you said davy with some good fights and some 3 rnd madness which most of th crowd loved. Chris polley was unlucky to gt stopped with a cut as i thought his fight with craig shaw was warming up nicely.

yep, that fight could definately have went either way, thought a couple of small sections of the crowd were a disgrace throughout but just my opinion.

i thoght the fights were all really entertaining and showed all sorts outcomes. The shouts of some of the croud were pretty disrespectful towards the fighters who didnt get the discision their way, and thats down to not knowing the respect for all compeditors that thai practition have for each other......usually..lol

Congratulations on a very enjoyable show. One of the best SMTC events I have been to. The organisation came accross as being very tight, and the card was real VFM!
As for the drunken muppets - they get too much attention. Time we all treated them with the contempt they deserve!
