Hi I know there was a good boxing gym and a good Thai/kickboxing/savate coach called Phillipe who used to train out of the gym in the Fanabe hotel in Torviscas there also is now a gym on the opposite side of the road from Veronicas that was towards the aqua park side of Las Americas as opposed to heading towards Los Cristianos. There are also Thai Gyms in Puerto de la Cruz and Santa Cruz that are good with good fighters I saw a show when I lived there (6 years ago) Good luck.
