Im looking for a five day workout within a one hour time frame.
Does anybody have one which i could follow??
Have access to Gym on Lunch hour so going to use it every day.

What are your goals, and what equiptment do you have access to?
My goal first and foremost is to become a lot fitter and loose a bit of weight round the mid-section.
Also improve on TECHNIQUE as well, but most of that will come with training in class.
Have access to all general equipment you would find in a gym as well as Heavy Bag.
