Friday November 30th St Andrews Day Sees WFK Scotland President Mr Paul Kean promote a kickboxing spectacular. Michael Elmslie Scotland will fight Latvias boxing champion and kickboxing champion DENIS JUSHKEVICH for the WFK World Full contact Kickboxing Championship.
And on the same show The new kickboxing Star from Penzance Cornwall England’s SEAN BOWMAN , will fight another top Latvian ATVARS PUSTS , The Latvian has had 61 fights and also is Latvia 55 kgs boxing and Kickboxing Champion.
The Dundee show is a Dinner show and full supporting bouts are also matched with some British and Scottish titles on the line. A mouth watering show . Congratulations Paul and Debby Kean what a show !!!!

Just like to say thanks to Paul Kean for having us on what was a well organised and enjoyable event with some good matches. Have to say this was my first EFK event and we were very well looked after and all aspects of the show were professionally run so thanks guys.;)

KO1 - Your absolutely right...there is no rush and a defence will be recommended before moving to World Title Level.

World Title Fights are always agreed by WFK Pro Fight Commission. Obviously the natural progresion from there would be to fight for the World Title at some point.

I think Above The Waist has just failed to add in that a defence would be preferred prior to moving to the next level. However it does technically put Sean in a position to make a challenge for the World Crown as a European Champion. He is fit and young and active so plenty of time for a defence and challenge for World in 2008.

He is a young man so I am sure he will be up for any challenges to his New European Crown.
