weight loss preferences?
what do people on here do to cut weight for a fight, i know there is all the standard stuff like running and cutting out the pies etc but im sure everyone has little things they do to make weight. maybe you prefer to do something else other than the same old 5 mile run in the morning before you go training that night. perhaps you use the cross trainer or play another sport to help you loose those last few kg's before fight night.
if we got input from some of the more experienced fighters/trainers on here we could all benefit from some new ideas to try out?
old school for us
no beer,no pies, no take aways etc and.......
train bloody hard lol!!!
i know its fluid loss but i send em out on a run with a sweat suit or lots of jumpers
then train for 1.5 hours wearing the same, usualy drops em 3-5kg
