Diet Help Required!!!,

I currently weigh 77kg, I want to get to 70-72kg. I train 3 times a week.
My diet currently consists of:

Breakfast: Beans on toast or Fruit.
Lunch: Sandwiches and a yoghurt.
Dinner: Training night - tuna and rice, non-traning night - sensible meal.

I see this as a pretty healthy diet but it feels like its taking forever to get the weight off, anybody got any advice on anything i could do or change for the weight to come off quicker, i want to be at 72kg by end of February.

Train 2 times a day for six days a week. Diet isn't the biggest issue if the training is intense, but 5kg's to lose should be entirely achievable by the end of Feb- sooner if you put a sweat suit and go for a run just prior to a weigh in-that will lose 2kg's without suffering energy loss as a consequence of dehydration-but all people react differently, so find out what your body is capable of handling comfortably..

Adam you might want to look at eating more often say 5 small meals a day do not go more than 4 hours. Try www.maximuscle.com they have a couple of good calculators for calorie intake you should be having and some diet sheets. I can also email some diet sheets over if you want. eating to little is as bad for you as eating to much...
