pay attention to stomach bloating, gas, burping etc - a sure sign of not digesting something well...

most protein powders are not great in my opinion...

but pay attention to your own body and how it reacts..

Moved away from the above and bought an unknown make which was recommended to me.

This is what i bought and it has been great, no bloating etc, slight wind problem to start with for first two days but great now.

I work for a marketting firm that has just done the labels for a gymn for protein powders. When we asked the client for the ingredients he couldn't tell us. They basically buy a load of powder in bulk, put it in containers and sell it on.

Be sure you know what you're buying people!

over 20 in protein and under 10 in carbs thats the first thing you need to
look for if you want to lose weight, the best in my opinion, is maximuscle
promax mixes with water really well and none of the above problems, but
everyone is different you need to experiment to see which is the best for you.

i buy my protein powder from holland and barret. every couple of months they put it on special offer at £12 so i just buy a couple of tubs then. tastes great with water but i prefer it with milk. no bloating and no obnoxious smells either.

have tried maximuscle in the past but it didn't like the taste....too cheesy for my liking

Im finding NRG Fuel TTP is working well for me.

Also has Creatine Ethyl Ester in which works better than the mono.

Had a few weeks on Myprotein stuff, absolutely useless, waste of time.

when i used to weight train i tried maximuscle and really ur paying for the sticker on the container, it works no doubt but u can get same products for cheaper like Reflex microwhey or the instant whey. theres a firm who stock loads of most protein powders on the market at trade prices in trafford park
