What are the best things to eat for meals for optimum training and nutrition...especially for fights. I work a 8 - 5 in manchester then travel back to bolton to train from 6 - 7 monday and wednesday and then help out in a class after that until about 9.30 so dont get time to eat very much! Need the best types of things to eat during the day while desk jockying to get the most nutrition. Te other days i manage to get a meal thrown into me before training (perks of being a teen and living at home :) )

Also are meal replacement shakes any good? A collegue at work is a avid body builder and sugested i give these a shot....just dont want to end up a huge gripper/carpet carryer ha
