Freddie Roach has confirmed that he is thinking of joining forces with Amir Khan.

Would this see Khan develop into a true contender or would his glass chin mean he will never ever ever ever do it?

That must cost some ££££££!!!!

Throw enough money at a problem and it will sort itself out. :)

Its probably going to be Roach coming over to 'fine tune' Khan for 2 weeks before a fight. Nice to have but not really the same as having him train him properly.

Hopefully one day we will find out what really happened with Oliver Harrison, because to sack your trainer when your still improving and you haven;t lost a fight is crazy.

Back to the point, these arrangements never seem to last too long, and I doubt it will have too much long term benefit for Khan unless he works with him for longer periods.

I don't know if its a glass jaw, or the fact he doesn't like to be hit. I think we should all volunteer to nip round to his and smack him in the head a few times to show him it doesn't really hurt.

I heard what they are talking about is Roach coming over to fine tune his training for the last two weeks prior to a fight.

Any fighter/Trainer knows that is just a load of rubbish. What can you do in two weeks, esp close to the fight. He'd be better of going for two weeks a month before the fight and working on the stuff in the month prior to the fight, and even that is garbage.

Don't really rate Billy Graham as a trainer, his style would def be all wrong for Hammed

Many Steward is the bloke who specialises in tall fighter working of their jab,

He is going to America to talk to a few trainers now, so it has been reported.

I would have thought someone coming in for a couple of weeks would do more harm than good as you would be far too mixed up trying to remember the new stuff alongside what you already know.

Bit like when Rocky had to fight southpaw against Apollo and got paggered! :)
