Topic:Plyometric Training
Been looking into Plyometric Training and was wondering if anyone does this as there only workout apart from mt/ kickboxing etc ? If so could you give me your opinion on its effectiveness on building strength ,toning etc. A couple of tried and tested examples would be appreciated too. cheers !!
Phil, used to do quite a lot plyo's as I was an athlete. I'll post something at a more human hour as its 3am & can't even see my screen properly.
But Plyo training is a great addition if done correctly
