anyone else tried this stuff?

Been trialing it out for the last week... yikes!

I am going to try it again tomorrow as it suggests on the side, 3 scoops 400ml of water.

So far tried it as 1 scoop 1ltr of water and, small amount in 500 ml water.

I dont drink anything with cafeine or taurine in, so this has been a major shock to my body taking this stuff.

Do you think you got a better or longer work out.. .or just did everything in a quicker time.

I still cant decide if I did more, or if I just did it all quicker.

Jamin, its an energy drink, google it.. I dont normally do supplements of any kind, but someone gave me a sampler to try out.

Yep very jittery.

i thought it was the NO2 stuff that bodybuilders use to increase the 'pump'

energy drinks send me loopy. only supplements i take are protein, multi vitamins and epa oils.

Just tried the stated dose recommended, very little difference.

I think the loading of it, causes the body not to digest it.

Will be trying again under a different loading, to see if I am right.

So far best result, 1 scoop to 500-600ml water.

Worst result, 3 scoops to 400ml water.

I just managed to do a lot more in the same amount of time. but i didnt bother with the loading phase i just put the whole amount into a glass and started takeing it about 45 mins before training. it does increase the pump as it lets more oxygen flow into the muscle and retain it there to.

Although I didnt manage any extra training, or harder or fast... I feel very very drained this morning (11am).

I did notice yesterday that recovery was well beyond normal for me...

Managed to sustain between 170-185bpm for ten minutes on treadmill and simulair for bag work (5*3min's), and was recovering back down to 120bpm in less than 1-1.30min.

Usually a lot longer for me. LOL!

One of my fighters used to use it and although he felt more energetic, he was so tense and jittery that he would gas out.

Now that he's off it, he's much more calm and composed - and can last longer! Iron isn't it?

I guess everyone reacts differently...just my observations

Anyone know a good alternative to this. I used it a few times and felt I gassed out quicker and also messed with my stomach.
