The Highlight Reel and story so far of Unbeaten 18 year old British and 5 Nations Champion Chantelle Cameron. Chantelle who lives in Northampton but fights out of the USKA Fight Factory in Birmingham under the Instruction of Neil Kelly is now 9-0 in the amateur Full Contact Ranks and regarded as being one of if not the best active female amateur Kickboxing in the UK. Chantelle began her Full Contact journey in December 2008 and spent a successful year representing Colin Paynes TKO stable in Kent before moving to the USKA Fight Factory in November 2009. She holds the IKF, WAKO, EFK and WAKO tournament British titles along side the IKF 5 Nations title and fights between 62-65kg under amateur Full Contact Rules.
What a fantastic piece of promotional footage Neil, both Kerry-Louise and I were ringside this weekend gone for the WAKO British title and when the final bell went and the scores were totalled Kerry looked over at me, came out of official mode and nodded in appreciation of what was one of the best female fights we had both seen for a long time!
Lydia Durkin, who she beat was no push over and is a strong fighter but Chantelle was super fit and her pace didn't fluctuate from top gear once!
Be proud, she certainly has the USKA styling and will be pushing Qas out of the autograph queue soon....LOL ;-)
There's going to be many big things around the corner for her!
I hope you enjoyed the fight and show as much as we did, as I said on another post somewhere Chantelle was definitely my fighter of the night A1 performance....perfection!!!
Not bad for a girl. LOL
Had the pleasure of promoting a show late last year that featured Chantelle and which saw her take the EFK Super Lightweight British title, and then was delighted to have witnessed her again at Unleashed in Telford. She is an awesome talent and is a great role model for female kickboxing, all our girls love her and rightfully so. The path is littered with titles for Chantelle to take. Would love to promote her again, a real crowd pleaser.
All the best Chantelle
