Alright Batey,

Check Kru Tak of Cho Nateetong Gym, it's a bit out the way but I know a couple of people who rated his training.

Fairtex has one of there decent trainers back at the moment so maybe go there but it is pricey.

When are you planning on going out?

RMB was good but Ekaphon is in Hong Kong now and im not sure how often Sudsakorn is there either as he spends most of his time at Sor Klinmee. Been told its very quiet there recently.

Fairtex was very good but they have released most of their Thai fighters and here are only a handful of foreigners training there now, its too pricey.

Cho Nateethong seems to be a very good gym just the other side of Sukhumvit Rd and has about 5-10 people there inc a number of regular fighters.

It really depends on what trainers are there at the time you go.

RMB is on the opposite side of the same street as Fairtex. Up from Fairtex is a Tesco Lotus. If you walk past that on the other side of the road away from Fairtex its down Soi 7. Its now run by Ekaphop and his wife. He and Yahk (Sudsakorn's dad) are the trainers there along with Kong and another guy. Its 300baht for 1 session compared to Fairtex which i think is 1000baht.

Sor Klinmee is very good but its a small gym with only a handful of kids training there. It has one trainer Pattaya Sit Or who is mint but its very hard to find. If you wanna go there ask Sudsakoorn to take you one day and you can see what you think.

Sityodtongs best gym over the last 30yrs.
The Kru at that gym has had some top fighters over 30yrs, and he cares alot about the local community.Ive also heard that pattaya city at night can offer aray of cultural exchange experiences.

Gym: Sor Klinmee

Owner/Head Trainer: Tappaya Sit Or

Location: 155/9 Moo 6
Nongprue District,
Banglamung
Chonburi 20260.

Its a small and clean family run Gym. Tappaya built it earlier this year. He invested his money wisely after retiring from fighting. He has a small grocery shop in front of the gym and some basic rooms behind his house. I am 100% sure he will give very good training and wont rip you off. He has been to Ireland before on 2 occasions and is top notch. Email me if you need anymore info.

i thought fairtex was expensive and dont think the training was great, when i trained there it was just full of westerners and yodsanklai, ive heard good things about RMB and sityodtong

Sor Klinmee opened mid 2009. There is no grocery shop and rooms at least there wasnt Jan 2010. Pattaya is training a handful of Thai kids from 10 to 16yo. One of which is Sudsakorns younger brother Fasai Sor Klinmee. Trining here is very cheap and good quality plus its away from the Walking St area lol.

Saves you paying 30,000b for a supposedly 'good' gym in BKK and getting some dodgy padholder who shows you nothing!

Ive never tried Sityodthong but heard mixed reviews, depends who is working there as a trainer at the time. Most of the local Thai kids train there.

Hi Batey,

No it was 300 bhat per session and the session is around 3 hours, its split into 2 parts pad work then technique, good value for money and I think you will enjoy it,its also a laid back gym no rushing around, its off Sukumvhit Road I forget the soi,we just jumped into a taxi and went door to door so easy enough, say hello to Tak for me when you get there please bro.:)
