Hi,

I've just written three Blog posts on pain, something that we all suffer from as fighters!!

Hopefully it will help you understand what it is, how it can be managed, and then in the third article I go into a bit more specifics as to how the management can actually be carried out including a simple and practical technique at the end.

Three free articles to help you understand what happens to you on a daily basis...and no there is nothing there that I am trying to sell!!

Hope you find them interesting, and feedback is welcomed!
