how do you get it back the desire to want to train.

after watching another show and leaving the venue fired up then waking up this morning the desire has gone.

before any says the alcohol i had not touch a drop.

any ideas and tips would be a great advantage. would like to know if any one has worked through this problem.

Surely it has to be a personal decision ??!!. You either WANT to train, or you dont.
The only advice I suppose can be given, is to look at the benefits that training gives an individual. Mainly all health driven, but I believe that PMA comes on the back of training.
Short of somebody holding a member of your family to ransom, insisting that you train in order for them to be released, the first push has to come from you mate. Set a time and date and get back training. Best of luck pal.

Was watching Alex Reid fights back this week and he was on the phone to his mental coach/NLP/Hypno guy and was basically going thru the same thing. The advice the guru dude gave him was this...
"watch Rocky 3, followed by Rocky 4."

There ya go. That'll be £200 please mate.
