Just thought it would be interesting to find out what all the other gyms out there tell there fighters how long to rest for before a fight.

Were told four days complete rest, two days before resting period turn the intensity of training down to just over a comfortable level.

I think very few people or gyms do that long...

I think that is close to what I would do was I to compete again.

In terms of easing up I might keep the intensity up but the duration down - not do any conditioning (maybe just using intensity differently). For example a 2 max set of snatches is very high intensity but is not going to do much muscle damage, mostly prime your nervous system.

I might do speed and power on pads but not long enough to get tired.. Maybe not even full rnds and take the intensity right up...making sure not tiring.
