Great commercial idea, big fan of "functional" training however....
IMO True Crossfit (where you follow the daily workouts) not great as the only means of Strength & Conditioning for a fighter.

thought about trying it as crossfit openened nesr to my job so handy to get to then looked at the prices a bit steep ,also i know quite a few strengh and conditioning places that are cheaper

We have Crossfit Shropshire in the back of our gym, the lads swear by it and our coach runs it, suppose to be very good.
