Just wanted to say on here,
Thanks for the help from Vinnie ,

Had 121's this year with Vinnie "the Jedi" Shoreman ,
And they really helped and gave me confidence ,
I'm booking for january 2011 ,
I know watson , Liam and Turner all had 121's 2010 too.

Just wanted to say thankyou anyway , and recomend them to any fighters out there who need an extra edge.

Had a 121 with Vinny last year also and went to a seminar at my gym.
Was suffering with a few problems back then and he has helped so much, if there is anyone who is struggeling with the psychological demands of this sport, book him up.
Cant thank him enough
