At Bad Company we use kettlebells, power-bags, medicine balls, and free weights - get fitter, stronger and in shape like never before for the year.

This is a 6 week course starting on Wednesday 19th januaty from 7.30-8.30pm. Come to only this or do a mega session and join in our Thai Boxing class from 6.15-7.30 first!

On the course you will learn to use:

Kettlebells - safe and effective use of one of the best conditioning tools out there for strength and cardio.
Powerbag - untill you've used one of these you dont know hard work!
Free Weights - Power moves such as Squat, Deadlift and Bench press, Clean and Press and more!
Medicine Balls - work your core and connecting muscles to really fill in the gaps in your conditioning!
Bodyweight moves - improve your speed, power and plyometrics.

This course costs £50 for the full 6 weeks. Join in the class beforehand for only £5.
