Highlights

Elbows will be allowed on the ground in Strikeforce.

Showtime contract active until 2014 (which essentially means Strikeforce will remain as a separate entity at least until 2014)

No more UFC/Strikeforce counter-programming.

Scott Coker does not have an equity in ZUFFA.

Scott Coker and ZUFFA started talking about the deal in December 2010.
