Junior and Adults Interclub.

No decisions, Everyone Receives a Trophy.

No Head contact for juniors.

Adults 3 x 1.5 min rounds
Juniors 3 x 1 min rounds.

This is a controlled contact Thai Boxing Interclub. Good technique must be used.

Adults must wear 16oz gloves.
Full Shin and instep protectors
Gum Shield.

Juniors must wear
Body Protecor
Full shin and instep protectors.
Gum Shield.

Seating for everyone
Licenced Bar.

Fighters to arrive for 12.00 for weigh in.
Doors open 12.30 Kick off 1.

Kids £6 Entrance
Adults £7 Entrance.

Instructors please get your fighters details to me asap so i can start matching.Please Ensure weights and Experience is Accurate

Please start getting your lists to me asap, this will be totally pre matched. Also can you please be accurate with the weights and experince other wise it really slows things down on the day.
