Hey, I've recently stumbled upon a few interesting sites that offer tools to help with training/exercise. So I was wondering if any of you used similar websites that provided tools for training.
I'm not talking about discussion forums/groups or blogs, but sites that offer training routines along with applications (like mobile apps) to help aid your training or fitness goals. I'm sure there are a ton of them out there.

Here's a running web app that a friend of mine uses. It sends updates to facebook/twitter about the runs he has logged. On a side note: he does barefoot running.
