Best & worst fight training books, whats your pick? My favourite is "The Text-Book of Ju-Jutsu As Practiced in Japan" by S K Uyenishi in 1906. Not only a great and realy interesting historical look at the introduction on eastern martial arts into the UK but is a well written text book. His explaination on balance I still re-read when teaching to students. Many modern martial arts authors could do well by explaining as clearly as he did over a hundred years ago.
