Topic:Best & Worst Fight Training Books
Best & worst fight training books, whats your pick? My favourite is "The Text-Book of Ju-Jutsu As Practiced in Japan" by S K Uyenishi in 1906. Not only a great and realy interesting historical look at the introduction on eastern martial arts into the UK but is a well written text book. His explaination on balance I still re-read when teaching to students. Many modern martial arts authors could do well by explaining as clearly as he did over a hundred years ago.
I dont know about the worst one i am pretty sure Master Nick Hewiston has yet to write his.
bj penn book of knowledge is suposed to be superb! one of the best selling how to books of all time
