its well known gsp uses weights as well as many body weight exercises. he said he only used body weight exercises once in an interview and since then people thought he just did body weight but in later interviews he clarified he also used weights

ActionPromo's - several thousand gymnasts would disagree with you. The body can be completely manipulated (and grow) from bodyweight exercises, but with the requirement of things like bars and rings apparatus, not simply a floor and a wall.
I believe that use of both is the ultimate set up but it's not an absolute requirement.

Latvian footage is the steeped in the Bartendaz idealogy and training, just youtube bartendaz, some of that stuff does not like physically possible!!
