Hey Sandy i agree its well hard work my 21 year old daughter took up classes did one session and said she felt like a tram had ran her over for the next 4-5 days.
She then found out she was pregnant so that was the end of her pole fitness classes for now.
Have to say bet there isnt a lot of people with a pole in middle of their living room if that was in my room id bleeding trip over it.
