If you haven't heard of Brad 'One Punch' Pickett you really need to! This guy was one of the orginal domestic MMA stars of the now defunct Cage Rage. Brad did a seminar for us only last year and he was so popular we have got not only him back for you, but also UFC team mate Jason Young.

Signed by the WEC which was recently purchased by the UFC Brad has already fought in Las Vegas this year, and the week before this seminar he will be fighting on UFC 138 at the LG Arena, Birmingham. This will be Brad's first fight on home soil since signing for the WEC and fresh from his fight prep he will be brimming with new drills and submissions for you.

Team mate Jason Young who fought most recently on UFC 131, will be fighting again at the LG Arena alongside Brad.
