Brain ive probably tried most of them and tbh they are amongst the best tastiest dishes you will eat and for 30-50 baht per meal and your not hungry later like when you eat shitty chinese food.
In fact i even tried fried bugs this year and i thought they would be nice and crispy which they were with a soft centre spat out instantly.
