Immature coconut milk v's energy drinks

Whilst i was in Thailand last week i read in a local mag entitled 'Krabbi' July 2011 edition and an article on the aforementioned subject and believe it or not the immature coconut milk is far more beneficial to you than any energy drink with fewer calories and is absorbed into your body far faster too.
Other than that it tastes like shit as do all the caffiene drinks imho.

Thanx, my old lady has been drinking the cocnut milk for sometime, but I couldn't, coz she told me it was for cramps.

best stuff there is, get it straight from the shell tho

its got to be immature cocnuts not fully matured for some reason and drank straight away as something happens to it once air gets involved so neck it fast.
Shit tasting coconuts imho.
