Give me something to cook!!!

Just started new job.
Right next
To a wing yip. Don't know if that means anything
To anyone sorry but down south it's a huge Asian supermarket.

Want
To cook some real authentic tasting Thai food so what shall I
Purchase? Pretty sure asda green curry paste it's
The real deal but I'm next to actual Asian supermarket gear
Every day! But I just get confused. In there
What shall I buy/cook

buy some chicken, some peppers, some carrots and some bamboo shoots. That and some boiled jasmin rice are essentially used as the base in most basic thai meals you'll get taught to make. You can add prawns too if you want.

Main sort of spices and/or oils/sauces you want are ground nut oil, coconut milk, fish oil, chillies, garlic, lemongrass, basil, ginger, sweet soy sauce etc.

less than £1 some coconut milk.
Those things will see you right but most Thai food is fresh (which when the shop is close is fine). Sweet basil, holy basil, chilli's (I freeze mine so always have some), Galangal, lemon grass.
