TEAM SEMTEX MMA: new coach PETE IRVING

2010 saw a great team win numerous titles, fight in canada,USA, ukraine,barbados as well as extensively in uk!!

with the likes of niel goliath grove in Bellator and jason young in the UFC, Jake bostwick winning the cage Rage middleweight title, the team is going from stregnth to strength and we are delighted to announce the addition of PETE IRVING, as new coach for the team!

Pete is a full BJJ Black belt under the infamous LEO NEGAO as well as having a wealth of muaythai experience.

Pete will be Teaching classes on mon,tues and wednesday@8, and on sat mornings from feb..

we will also be adding a shootbox class on wed @7.30-9!!!

We have now also added SHOOTBOXING to our wednesday classes 7-9!! this will involve Muaythai with takedowns from MMA, JUDO,WRESTLING and BJJ
