GLORY Aligns with ISKA
Continuing Regulation of Elite Level Kickboxing
New York, NY – GLORY, the world’s premier kickboxing league, today announced its continued partnership with International Sport Kickboxing Association (ISKA) as the primary regulatory body for upcoming GLORY events.
Contracted since 2012, ISKA has worked on GLORY’s behalf, in conjunction with local commissions and international federations, to uphold and enforce the rules and regulations at each sanctioned GLORY kickboxing event, in addition to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, integrity and safety worldwide.
"ISKA is very pleased to be in a position to contribute to GLORY’s well-earned success," said Cory Schafer, ISKA World President. "We share a vision for the global development of kickboxing as a major world-wide sport and intend to use all of our resources to help ensure its realization."
ISKA also works closely with GLORY’s deep roster of talent to ensure awareness of the GLORY rules amongst all competitors.
“ISKA is the go-to regulatory interface for ensuring that the ‘Ts’ are crossed and the ‘Is’ are dotted," said Andrew Madigan, Global Head of GLORY Operations and Compliance. “You can feel a measurable rise in confidence with the fighter talent knowing that this vigilance is in place.”
