Khaaeng Lek

I make a homemade liniment especially for toughening your shins. Khaaeng Lek means Iron Shin in Thai. If you beat your shins up on the heavy bag and then apply the liniment they will get tough and hard. Many fighters have tender shins but with conditioning you can make your kicks more devastating. i know its phonetic but keng means hard no mater wheat there isnt a word in there for iron, im guessing there is a different tone for lek which means shins so it would mean hard shins

Kheang, however you choose to spell it phonetically can mean shin or hard depending on the Thai spelling and tone.

Lek can mean metal/iron or small depending on the Thai spelling and tone.
