In your opinion what is the best muaythai or Kick Boxing fighter of your state?

Do you mean 'who' is the best fighter?

In my area, north east of England, i'd say;

K-1 Kickboxing:
Jamie Bates 82-85kg.
Micky Terrill 88-92kg.
Paul Venis +100kg (moving to -100kg soon)
Lukasz Parobiec, +100kg holds ISKA World title, however, Venis beat Parobiec a few weeks before he won it.

Muay Thai:
Not too clued up on the scene, but possibly;
Juan Cervantes, 78-82kg ish
