Trying to upload a photo of a show at carnell centre master skens show. Some great memories and times! Some names on there.
Thanks to all who i trained with and remember me being around the thai scene from 2001 to 2015.

Hi mate
Long long time!
Just gettin rid of flu so not a great start lol.
But all good. Im not on instagram but f/b.

I was tryin to upload a program from 2004 had thrasher and cadden all those top lads on the bill.
I trained for 15 years and did 7 interclubs and did countless gyms with lots of great coaches. Used to go every show going! And did the corner with gilly for WSG.
Elite is still going strong!
I had to pack thai in 15 months ago due to age and injuries. Just go a normal gym now. But still slap bags now and again.
