I was approached by a local instructor a year or so back and asked if id come and teach a one off session for his students , he was getting all different instructors in to give his students a different outlook now and again , i thought great , an open minded instructor good to see ... so i turned up and took a session , it went really well , enjoyed every minute and got lots of feed back , then towards the end the instructor asked if id spar a couple of rounds with 3 of his lads just to see what i thought and maybe coach a little so i did , as you can imagine i was very cautious and took my time letting each one do their thing and just sparred to each ones level , again went really well ...... anyway to the point , i now keep hearing story after story of how i went to this guys club and sprred with his students and apparently his comments were " that Dale Wood is nothing special , he sparred with my guys and any one of them could have taken him out at will "....... nice to know youre appreciated !!


Oh and Jag !! ya gonna have to stop pimping out ma mum its getting a little awkward my dads getting suspicious !!
