Berzerker - If Go Kan Ryu doesn't fit this thread then nothing does. I had a friend who worked for them. After no previous MA training he had a couple of months training and then was given a black 'instructors belt' and able to teach classes! I went along to one of their instructors classes for a look one time and it was scary - same skill level as your average beginners class! They do door to door sales and while it's not multi level marketing it has all the trappings of that type of thing - attend the seminar, buy the book/tape etc. They do make truckloads of money though!

Baz - You have been personally selected to be a disciple of Grand Master Bob. It will cost you $150 an hour but Grand Master Bob is not in it for the money you understand - it's just important that you demonstrate your willingness to sacrifice for the art.
