Hey Lolo - kind of off topic but very relevant to the 'people making a fool of themselves in front of Ray Sefo' thing. My most embarrassing moment (so far) as an interviewer came when I interviewed Ray for IK. I was really nervous but the interview went fine as Ray has had heaps of experience with the media and made it easy for me. Ray wanted to be able to contact me about something related to my work so I gave him my business card. I work for the Tertiary Education Commission but being a NZ Govt. department we also have a Maori name (Te Amorangi Matauranga) which is also on our card - but at that stage we had just had a name change and got new business cards so I forgot it was on there. Ray looked at my card and says "how do you pronounce this?". I was really confused - I was thinking - "Ray's an intelligent and articulate guy - how come he wants to know how pronounce Tertiary Education Commission?", I hesitated and so he asked again and, still really confused I was like "uh... Ter-tiary Ed- u-cation com- mish -on"!!! What a dork!!! I didn't realise until I had already left! I've never been able to look him in the eye since! (Ray if you read this - I'm sorry!!)

I have never told anyone that story and now the whole Ax world knows my shame!LOL
