I think you are overrating Dennis by saying he could beat anyone with FC rules Kickshoot. I think would have had a CHANCE but it would be far from a foregone conclusion. Aerts would have had the weapons to beat Dennis under any rules. And we never would have found out because a) Dennis basically demands a small island for his purses and b) his crew offer peanuts to whoever they choose as an opponent. Plus Dennis would make his usual demands and make it a nightmare for everyone but himself.
Comparing Stan vs Mo to Dennis vs Mo...apples and oranges. Mo was better, period. Mo was the best heavyweight low kicker in the world at that point. Dennis talked a lot, but didn't deliver. The lucky kick excuse has worn thin. It's no-one's fault (although Dennis would whine about it) that he couldn't sustain one low kick. It's a pity it was so quick and everything, but Stan threw the kick to do damage, that's the point of throwing it. Many stoppages occur with low kicks, the fact it was so quick gives Dennis' people a loophole to make excuses. Saying "oh look, Mo beat Stan so Dennis would have"...completely different situations. They are not even close to being similar. Dennis couldn't take one low kick in that fight. Mo was a better fighter, I would like to hear someone who disagrees with that. Do you think Dennis would have beaten Mo? With low kicks I mean. I personally rate Mo well abover Dennis, who was a great fighter, but made his own bed with all the rubbish he talked and then it came back and slapped him in the face.
My opinion...with low kicks Stan beat Dennis and would have done it wether it was 6 seconds or 6 rounds. Same with Mo.
Stan vs Elmore...again, not a good comparison. Elmore was 6'5" and survival minded. It was Stan's 14th fight. 12 rounds of Elmore tapping Stan in the waist (and I literally mean tap!) vs Stan being the only one trying to make a fight of it. Stan vs Dennis would have been totally different had they fought FC. Mind you, you may be right in saying Dennis would have won! Stan's not FC, never claimed or wanted to be. Dennis claimed he was a bad ass leg kicker. When the metal detectors go off in airports because of the pins in his leg he will remember how wrong he was. Remember Wilson? He was no leg kicker, but he did a number on Alexio's legs.
One more point! Let's talk about Dennis own backyard, why couldn't he ever fight Mo? Mo sure called him out! I used to hear about that a lot. If Dennis had ever gotten over his paranoia about losing and taken the challenge, I would have respected him more win, lose or draw. It never happened, and I KNOW Mo isn't one to duck Dennis, just like we know how easy to get along with Dennis is.
