Damn Tim...
Do you drink much coffee?

Tom Harrinck was wrong to jump in the ring...that was grounds for disqualification under that sanctioning (I remember the discussion about it on the tape)...however, since the other issue with the sucker punch occured before that, I don't really think that was that was an issue.

I can't say that Alexio "got his ass kicked" by Wilson. That was an extremely close fight. Wilson was more effective with leg kicks and it countered Alexio's forward moving, inside fighting style.

And I believe that Hoost winning over Rick Roufus in the second fight had more to do with Rick doing something wrong than Hoost doing something right. I Didn't see Rick doing much show boating like he did in the first fight. He did like 90% Boxing combos and very little in-and-out movement like in the first fight.

Tim... massage therapy, yoga, excercise...these things help reduce stress and tension. Just FYI.
