BTW Kickshoot, Stan's hand skills are one of his main assets. He has a lot more than one punch. You respect Mo Smith as you say, ask Mo what he thinks of Stan's hands and power.
Alexio vs Stan under FC...intriguing fight and Dennis' best chance to win. But Dennis is same height as Stan (or a fraction taller) and not a chicken shit sort of fighter like Elmore. They would trade. Stan would have had just as much chance as Dennis of bombing him out with hands. Darrel Hennigan was smacking Dennis around, Lowell Nash nearly took his head off and Srtan can actually box as opposed to those guys. Mind you, I wouldn't bet on the fight, because if hands didn't come into it, Dennis has the FC style down and could out kick Stan. Elmore and Dennis... Different styles of fighter, different situations. Comparing a scared Elmore to Dennis is a different ball game.
For the record, I spoke with one of the judges of the Elmore-Stan fight and he wasn't sold on Elmore tap kicks and the fact that Elmore's reactions whenever Stan hit him or tried to rush him gave a bad impression. Thay 70's USA tapping game looked out of place elsewhere. At least Dennis would show some balls under that grass skirt and fight.
