This is so obviously impossible to prove, but of course, evryone has a strong opnion.

It really depends on weight class too. You really can't reasonably compare say, Rijker to people who weigh 5-10 kg less. Or t those wh came along and retired before she began. All of those former greats who have fought over 20 fights and esp if they retired unbeaten can make a plausbile claim, if they fought the best around at the time-imho.

I wont mention fighters currently active in the sport of Muay Thai or kickboxing. But, some credible candidates from the past that immediateley come to mind, are Ann "Killer" Quinlan (UK)in the 48kg and under,Ella Yee (UK) 50 kg, Naoko Kumagai(JP)at 50-52 kg, Kathy Long (USA)at 56 kg, Ramona Gatto at 55kg (USA),Melita Carnavas (AU) 55kg, Nancy Joseph(Fr)at 55 kg, Graciella Casillas (USA) at 57kg, Michelle Aboro (UK) 57 kg, and Lucia Rijker (NL) at 61-63 kg. Cheryl Wheeler (USA), at 57 kg

(note: Wheeler almost took a decision from Rijker in Holland while giving away some weight)Corrine Geeris (NL) at 60 kg has an amazing record- at least on paper-but almost all her opponents were from England, Holland or Germany. Kim Messer (USA) at 49-52 kg was awesome, but may not have enough quite enough total kickboxing fights (18) to really stake an "all time great" claim. (she retired from KB and went into boxing before firmly establishing her KB legacy-imho)

Germaine vs Lucia Rijker: I Would like to see those two fight-I would probably bet on Germaine if they were to fight today, since Lucia has not kickboxed in many years. Germaine is already 23-0 and has probably fought more world class opponents, simply because the women available today are tougher overall. (with some notable exceptions previously mentioned ) But she has nt finished, so we'll see..

CAUTION: These PR "greatest highlights" type promotional videos that some fighters reproduce of their greatest moments in the ring, including their most dramatic KOs (of course) are highly effective at swaying people-but are also particularly deceptive. imho. But, no question that they are extremely effective at swaying viewers. "A picture is worth a thousand words"...
On that note, Holly Fernely has a very impressive greatest KOs video, and her KO percentage is up there with Rijker and Kumagai, and Quinlan. But Holly has far fewer fights, and she is still active so the just is still out on her.
Many of the women Lucia Rijker fought in her PR video, "worlds most dangerous woman", were simply not highly skilled opponents, and many were too small for her-With the obvious exception of Valerie Henin, who was certainly world class and defintily Rijker's size.
