Anyone heard of or used “detox plasters” before?
There are like a pad with essential oils in, which are held on the base of your foot by a large plaster.
You wear it over night while you sleep, and when you get up the toxins have been sucked out of the pores in your feet by the pad. You then just take it off and away you go.
I found that after long hard training sessions you feel a bit groggy, tired, fatigued the next day. This is the toxic effect making you feel tired (lactic acid is broken down/flushed out after about 20mins). I spoke to a friend and he sent these to me, with all the science bumpf, asking me to try them out.
Your kidneys can only filter out so many of these toxins within a given time, no matter how much water you drink.
Imagine the difference between how you feel when your hung over and how you normally feel when you get up. Well, this is the same improvement again.
Not only did it optimise the use of my time (busy job and fitting in training), it optimises recovery rates too…….so you can go hard the next day as well!!!!!
Check ‘em out…
