Brian, I apologize for the sharp tone of my previous post.

I was just totally annoyed with all the (perceived)apologies for boxing commissioners and their over reaching and expensive regulations that threaten the financial viability of small promoters everywhere-but especially
in the USA-outside of Las Vegas where all the wealthy promoters operate.

many of these proposals in the Muhammad ali act which may (or may not)
be good for pro boxing-can be lethal to kickboxing-esp in the heartland.

KB and MT can't possibly afford many of the recommendations contained in
the Muhammad Ali act.In fact neither can smaller promoters of boxing, in states like oklahoma, kansas, Georgia, Mississippi, tennessee. etc.

Right now, just the mandatory MRI's, alone, are killing a lot of
low profile fights by smaller promoters, in smaller states .-MRI's are extemely expensive.and thats boxing promoetrs-KB prmoters have even less money to spend.

we could easily reach the pont whree only very high profile male boxing fights are economically feasible. And that would be a shame.

maybe I can get permission from some fighters to post some of their stories of how all these requiremnts have killed their fights.
