My trainer had asthma and allergies. His allergies are almost nil and I believe his asthma is totally gone. We always run out of time and he's busy and I have tons of questions to ask or run by him all the time but I will try to ask again what he did for asthma.

I'm 90% sure that it was almost, if not all, life style and nutrition changes.

Allergies same except I think he did some detox stuff too and maybe a natural suppliment.

I believe "How to Eat, Move and Be Healthy" talks about asthma but not possitive. I've read most but bits here and there. Bought for my folks before got one for myself. Read some of theirs and some of my training partners.

Where do you live? Pollution plays a nice role too.
